Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RooxAI website and the Roox product (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Roox Is

Roox is an AI assistant in widget form. You install it on your website with a single script tag. Roox talks to your visitors, captures leads, and gives you operational insight in a dashboard.

The Service is offered on a free plan capped at 100 conversations per month, plus paid plans with higher capacity. Current pricing and plan limits are published at rooxai.com.

Account and Eligibility

To use Roox you need a valid account tied to a verifiable email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract.

Acceptable Use

When using Roox, you agree to:

• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Service (scanning, rate-limit abuse, reverse engineering for competitive purposes).
• Not impersonate any person or organization when signing up or configuring your site.
• Comply with the law applicable to your business when using Roox, including data-protection law applicable to your visitors.

Intellectual Property

The software, brand, design, and content of the Service are owned by RooxAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Content you provide to the Service (text ingested from your site, conversations, leads, configuration) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you.

Payments and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as chosen at rooxai.com. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; the plan will remain active through the end of the period already paid and we do not refund partial periods except where required by law.

Data and Privacy

Personal-data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. As a customer you act as the data controller of personal data of your own visitors; RooxAI acts as data processor with respect to the technical processing performed by Roox.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RooxAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Warranties and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing relevant responses before acting on them.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
